What is the turnaround time for custom transfers?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

How do I apply the transfers to my garments?

Each order includes a detailed instruction guide. Generally, our transfers require a heat press set to 320°F (160°C) with firm pressure for 12-15 seconds.

Can I return custom-printed items?

Due to the personalized nature of custom transfers, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We recommend high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background (300 DPI). We also accept AI, PDF, and SVG vector files.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Bear Transfers ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

What are the washing instructions for the finished apparel?

To ensure longevity, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hanging to dry.
